We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used cookware or cutlery unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Yes, all professional-grade appliances sold at Kiss the Cook come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase at checkout.
