At Kiss the Cook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchenware; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
